	We personally interview each contractor and service professional.
	We verify license(s) and insurance.
	A member of our team contacts at least three current customers and appropriate trade references.
	We check on the contractor’s status with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.
	We continually communicate with and gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with the contractors and service professionals in our network.
